The successful bidder will be responsible for evaluation, referral, and brief counseling, in the areas of substance abuse, mental health, relationship/family problems, and personal development for employees and family members at FCI Schuylkill. The agency will be licensed as an outpatient drug/alcohol treatment center and each treatment provider will have a minimum of a master's degree in counseling or related mental health field.
