CONTINUED ACCESS TO FEDERAL NEWS SERVICE The US Department of Energy intends to award a sole source contract to Federal News Service, 620 National Press Building, NW, Washington, DC 20045 for continued access to the Federal News Service Basic Transcript and Washington Daybook. It provides on-line service to access complete transcripts of all events covered by Federal News Service plus the complete Washington Daybook. This proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties that feel they can provide these services may respond by submitting their capability statement to the address in this notice, including prices. All submissions must be received within fifteen (15) days of the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely the discretion of the Government.
