It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Jay Brown, M.D., Bloomington, Indiana, to review the data in HazMap for completeness and suitability in the NLM suite of databases, to migrate HazMap data to a relational NLM database, write a web interface to the HazMap database, update the HazMap database and provide for future online update. Dr. Brown is the author of HazMap and an Industrial Hygienist with experience in the delivery of toxicological information on the web. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), nor is an RFQ available, however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the NLM. Firms interested in responding to this notice must be able to provide the specified services listed above. Responses should sufficiently demonstrate the firm's capability to meet the Government's requirements.
