The Administration for Childen and Families (ACF) through the Program Support Center, General Acquisitions Branch has a Simplified Acquisition requirement to develop a training video, in Spanish, to be used by states in notifying unwed parents of their legal rights and responsibilities of voluntarily acknowledging paternity. Consultation shall be required with representatives of various national and local Latino organizations/individuals prior to production of the video. A video script and story line (in Spanish) shall be developed. Portions of the video will be produced at a studio, a birthing hospital, and several off-site locations.
