The roofing replacement will consist of approximately 225,000 SF of built-up roof and approximately 130,000 SF of standing-seam metal roof. The project also includes constructing storage enclosures, replacing windows, remodeling latrines, upgrading interior and exterior finishes, and upgrading or replacing mechanical and electrical systems on Company Wings of Buildings 5970 and 5955. Estimated cost range of this project is $25,000,000 to $100,000,000. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format.
