Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, operations and all associated work as required to perform Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Civil works and repairs at Beale AFB in accordance with contract plans and specificiations including the following: road paving and repairs, airfield pavement repairs, earth work, concrete work, drainage systems, underground utilities, pavement marking/striping, fencing and traffic signs. The magnitude of this project is an aggregate total between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 for the base year plus one option year. The SIC is 1611 with a size standard of $17 Million. This solicitation is open to all business concerns. The entire solicitation will be released solely on the Electronic Posting System (EPS), www.eps,gov, (paper copies will not be available). Any prospective bidders interested in bidding on this solicitation MUST register in order to be placed on the bidders list.
