The U.S. Coast Guard intends to issue a Request for Proposal for a Job
Order (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) Contract to perform
multi-discipline construction, repair and remodeling work. The primary
place of performance will be U.S. Coast Guard Integrated Support
Command (ISC) Seattle, 1519 Alaskan Way South, Seattle, WA 98134-1192.
The contractor may be required to perform work at any U.S. Coast Guard
site in the states of Washington and Oregon. The contractor shall
provide for all labor, material, equipment, supplies, transportation,
supervision, and quality assurance for construction of complete and
usable projects. Common trades which may be needed include, carpentry,
plumbing, electrical, laborers, power equipment operators, cement
workers, painters, and other trades common to the construction
industry. Minimum guaranteed amount of the contract shall be $100,000
with a maximum of $2,500,000 per year. The contract period will be 1
year with a Government option to extend the contract for up to 4
additional years. The Government will award one firm fixed-priced job
order contract to the offeror whose offer represents the best value to
the Government based on price, technical qualifications, and past
performance. The solicitation document will be available at www.eps.gov

Disadvantaged Business Enterprises; The Department of Transportation
offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit for
transportation related contracts. Maximum line of credit is $500,000
