This project takes place on the 7th floor of the Federal Building in Juneau, Alaska. Specific work elements include demolition and new installation of sheetrock and metal stud wall assemblies including painting, and installation of new and existing wall base, repair and reinstallation of suspended acoustical ceilings, installation of new and reinstallation of existing wood doors and metal frames, existing carpet tile installation, electrical demolition and new work involving relocation of existing lighting circuits, electrical floor outlets(involves core drilling concrete floors to access electrical ducts), telephone CAT5 cabling, fire alarm devices, thermostats, and connection of power to systems type furniture, and mechanical demolition and new work involving relocation of existing sprinkler heads, diffusers, and ducting.
