The work of this contract will consist of the total replacement of two (2) Heating and Air-conditioning sytems for the Visitor Center located at Fort McHenry National Monument. The contractor will supply two(2) new gas fired furnace packages, each consisting of two (2) assembled furnace-units/drive kits in the basement. Four (4) new evvaporater coils with matching roof-mounted condensers, accessories,piping,flue, volume dampers, controls and wiring necessary to provid an operational HVAC System. The contractor will remove all the old equipment, and reclaim the old refrigerent, in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local laws.
