Richard.Weingarten@mail1.monmouth.army.mil. A non-competitive
negotiation is proposed with Condor Electronic Systems, Inc., Simi
Valley, California to design a pallet for the stand alone version of
the SEPS. Currently, the system is configured to be transported to the
intended site as individual components and set up for operation. This
effort will assemble all of the components into an "A" Kit consisting
of the AN/GLQ-16 on a pallet including antenna, generator and
associated hardware and will be towed to a site on a M101A2 trailer
ready for deployment and operation. SEPS is an autonomous, lightweight,
fully integrated radio frequency (RF) countermeasure system designed to
provide protection for personnel and high value assets against
proximity fused indirect munitions, specifically targeted are
artillery, mortar and rocket type munitions. Condor has developed,
built and successfully live-fire tested the SEPS. The Government does
not own a break-out technical drawing package. All responsible sources
may submit a bid or proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
