BRAND NAME ONLY P/N: FHN2-PM4MW005-00, Fiber Channel Adapter. CLIN-0002- Option Quantity of 15 more of the Fiber Channel Adapter, option to be exercised within 6 months of award of original order. Delivery is required F.o.B. Crane, IN 47522 within6 weeks of award. Final inspection will be at NSWC Crane, IN. Selection for award will be based on past performance and price. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award.
