Contractor shall provide beam splitter/ video adapter and low light video camera for existing slit lamp and new Canon Cr-6 (or equal) Non-Myd retinal camera with Sony 3 chip 970 (or better) video camera and Canon TA adapter. Contractor shall also provide a PC with Windows NT network compatible image processing, storage and retrieval capability for both slit lamp and retinal cameras. PC should minimally include a Pentium III, 550 MHz processor with 20-gigabyte hard drive, 30-gigabyte backup, network card and 0.25 dot pitch monitor. When connected to the existing Nikon FS-3 slit lamp, system must be a complete, turn key unit that will be VISTA imaging compliant for future image transfer to VA's Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS). Unit must include wheelchair accessible, electric power table for slit lamp and retinal camera and cart for PC and monitor. Wheelchair accessible tables should have adjustable table height ranging from approximately 26 inches to 33 inches.
