The equipment must be in good working order and include all historical documents containing information of prior use. Additionally the equipment must be clean and free of all chemical or biological contamination with all documentation and certifications thereof. A generic list of equipment needed is listed below. Chemical Reactor Vessels as follows: 50 -- 500 gallon Carbon Steel glass lined reactor vessels. Complete with drives, motors, mechanical seals and impellers. . 150 -- 400 gallon Monel 400 vertical jacketed agitator reactors with agitator drive and mechanical seals. Centrifuge equipment as follows: Carbon Steel basket centrifuges. Top load/unload design. Monel perforate basket centrifuges. Top load/top unload design. Fermenters 30 -- 750 gallon Stainless Steel vertical fermenters with stirrers, agitators and mechanical seals. Distillation Columns Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Nickel, and Incolloy packed columns and vertical tray columns 6" dia x 18' long -- 72" dia x 29'. All columns must include packing material. Pumps Stainless Steel and various alloy metal centrifugal pumps with motors in various sizes to be determined. All pumps must include mechanical seals. Request all interested parties submit capability statements, proof of experience and other descriptive literature, or information, limited to 5 pages, which provides sufficient detail to enable preliminary evaluation.
