Amendment 1 as follows: Provide office copiers on either a cost-per-copy or monthly flat rate lease type contract. Contractor will be required to provide copiers, all consumable supplies (except paper), key operator training, and maintenance and repair services to include emergency repair. Period of performance to be 1 October 2000 through 30 September 2001, with 2 subsequent option years. Estimated number of copiers to be installed is 98, however, quantity may increase during performance period not to exceed 25% of initial quantity installed at contract award. Copiers to be installed will be from various Volume Band requirements. Volume Band I (15-20 copies per minute (CPM), 750 minimum copies per month) estimate 28 copiers; Volume Band II (25 CPM, 5001 minimum copies per month) estimate 39 copiers; Volume Band III (30 CPM, 15,001 minimum copies per month) estimate 27 copiers; and Volume Band IV (45 CPM, 30,001 minimum copies per month) estimate 4 copiers. RFP will be issued on or about 7/17/00. Requests for this package must be in writing to the above address, attention: A. Leverette. There is a non-refundable charge of $25 for this solicitation.
