The U.S. Army Materiel Command Acquisition Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD has a requirement to acquire depot level repair and modifications of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) components applicable to the Government of Egypt (GOE) DHC-5D Buffalo Aircraft. One objective is to receive, repair/modify, and return the aircraft components (same in/same out) to the customer in a timely and cost effective manner. Components will be repaired to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standard. Another objective is the replenishment of new components on an as needed basis. A firm fixed price contract with cost reimbursable line items is anticipated. The period of performance will start the date of contract award through one year with five one-year option periods.
