L -- TECHNICAL SERVICES TO VERIFY PERFORMANCE OF F14 WRAS AND OTPSS ON A CASS VECP STATION SOL N68335-00-R-0424 POC Ms. Jennifer Vaccaro, Code 25215, (732)323-5129 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, New Jersey has a requirement to verify and validate the performance of F14 Programmable Tactical Information Display (PTID) Weapons Replaceable Assemblies (WRA) and Operational Test Program Sets (OTPS) on a CASS VECP Station. The Government intends to procure these services under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Northrop Grumman Field Support Services, Inc., 1801G Sara Drive, Chesapeake, Virginia is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to perform this effort. The Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
