The Great Plains Regional Contracting Office, BAMC Branch intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract with a base and three option years to obtain Pharmaceutical Return Services for Irwin Army Community Hospital, Fort Riley Kansas. The contractor will provide all personnel, facilities, transportation, supplies, equipment and labor to process for credit return and/or proper disposal of designated pharmaceuticals, including schedule 2, 3, 4 and 5 and hazardous medical supplies, in accordance with the EPA Code of Federal Regulation, (CFR) 40 Protection of Environment and Code of Federal Regulation 49, Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Drug Enforcement Agency regulations. The contractor will be required to have EPA, FDA certification and current registration with the DEA, as well as comply with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. SEE Note 1.
