The Vehicular Advanced Software Technology Consortium (VAST-C) is
sponsoring the following workshops beginning in October 2000 at the
U.S. Army Tank and Automotive Command in Warren, Michigan: (a) Process
and Software Product Engineering (October 2000); (b) Coordination and
Integrated Software Management (November 2000); (c) Improving Software
Management Systems (January 2000); (d) Defect Management (February
2001); (e) Change Management (March 2001). These workshops focus
primarily on the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 3,4 and 5 Key
Process Areas. If you are interested in submitting a proposal for any
of the referenced workshops, please submit your proposal to
www.vast-c.org through the workshops link. Include with your response
a cost estimate on a separate exhibit. Also please submit recent a Dunn
and Bradstreet report or equivalent with a corporate officer's letter
of certification that the information is true and correct. All
submissions are due by close of business 30 June 2000. If you have any

is a working group of the Great Lakes Software Process Improvement
Network (GL-SPIN). The Great Lakes SPIN is a forum for the free and
open exchange of software process improvement experiences and practical
ideas. The VAST Consortium assists in the evolution, development and
integration of advanced software processes, methods and technology
