99-SEEKING INFORMATION The Federal Housing Finance Board (Finance Board) intends to issue a Request For Information (RFI) in accordance with FAR Part 10. The Finance Board is seeking information on whether to purchase or lease a computer software product or service that will meet its accounting and financial reporting needs. These accounting and reporting responsibilities include the preparation of both internal and external reports. This product may or may not include an add-on or integral payroll system. To the extent the product does not include a fully-developed payroll system, it must be able to import payroll transactions from an independent system. In this event, the transaction data would most likely be made available in delimited or fixed position flat format.
