The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and services to construct a USPS owned facility of approximately 8,850 s.f. on a 1.92 acre USPS owned site located at 521 E. Main, Emmett, ID. The contractor shall use the drawings and specifications providing site clearing, earthwork, site utilities, landscaping, asphalt pavement, concrete and masonry, rough carpentry, casework, asphalt shingle roofing, metal roofing, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum entrances and storefront, hardware, glazing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and lighting and finishes.
