Project involves the removal of accumulated air- craft tire rubber from the runway surface, removal of all marking paint from the runway surface, including overruns, and providing marking paint on the runway, including over- runs. This is part of a continuing maintenance requirement for an active airfield at Wright-Patterson AFB, Oh.
