The work also includes the construction of roofing membrane and incidental related work. Estimated Price Range: Indefinite Quantity Type Contract, $5,000.00 Minimum. Number of days in contract: 365 with four option years. Number of bid items: One with unit price schedule for each year. SIC Code 1761, Roofing and Sheet Metal, $7.0 Million.
