The Vassar Lake Substation consists of two transformers, associated switchgear, and a bus duct. The painting shall include, but not limited to, surface preparation, exterior painting and final cleanup. The proposed solicitation is unrestricted under SIC 1542 size standard of $17 million. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 This solicitation will use competitive Request for Proposal procedures. This solicitation is open to all business concerns.
