59 -- SPARE PARTS FOR ATS OTPS SOL N68335-00-R-0323 POC Mr. Charles Discenza (732) 323-2076 The U. S. Government intends to enter in a sole source contract under Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-00-G-0323 with End To End Inc. for spare parts for the F/A-18 Aircraft. This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to the Country of Australia. Australia has directed the U.S. Government to procure the spare parts required under the F/A-18 Aircraft program from the sole manufacturer, End To End Inc. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject any proposal received from other than the directed source. There will be no solicitation issued under this procurement.
