This notice provides additional information related to previous notice 457823 (May 23,2000). The AMC Acquisition Center, APG Contracting Division, Edgewood Branch, intends to solicit Graseby Dynamics, Ltd., Park Avenue, Bushey, Watford WD2 2BW, United Kingdom, pursuant to the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), for additional quantities of Automatic Chemical Agent Alarm Systems and associated hardware in conjunction with current contract DAAM01-96-C-0007. Graseby is the only source that can produce and deliver this non-developmental item (NDI) without substantial duplication of costs to the Government and without unacceptable delays. Proposed quantities are 6,690 each M22 ACADA Systems and warranties, 100 each M28 ACADA Power Supplies and warranties and 100 each ACADA Vehicle Mounts and warranties.
