The Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES),Pensacola FL requires two hundred-fifty each annual subscriptions/user licenses for a career decision-making and academic guidance database system. The system may be provided on CD-Rom or via internet access. The system shall be menu-driven, and commercially available off-the-shelf. The requirement is for subscriptions/user licenses for a base year, and three each option years. The system shall operate on IBM compatible computers in a Windows 98 or Windows NT environment, and shall be capable of operating on computers using 100-120V/50Hz power, 100-120V/60Hz pwer, and 220-240V/50Hz power. The requirement is for the database, data retrieval software, operators manuals, training, and worldwide technical support/service. The database must include a minimum of three modules containing the following information: education information for 2 year colleges, 4 year colleges, professional schools, and graduate schools; armed services occupational information; and civilian occupational information. The data must be updated with current information at least annually.
