The Air Force intends to issue a firm-fixed-price sole source purchase order to procure and install playground equipment at the Child Development Center on Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. The order will be issued to ABC Team, which has the ability to provide a playground in Turkey compliant with applicable US and host nation standards. Work includes, but is not limited to, landscaping, removal of all existing equipment and installation of all new equipment. All aspects of the playground shall comply with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) Standards for Playgrounds and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standards. Installation shall also comply with host nation rules and International Standards Organization (ISO) Standards. On site evaluation is required to occur between July 6 through July 13 2000.
