The solicitation number for this requirement is 00-MBW-01 and this solicitation is issued as a RFQ. This is a small business set a-side. The SIC code for this requirement is 2329, Men's and Boy's Clothing, the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The vest has a zippered front closure and two zippered pockets on each front panel of the vest sides. The front zipper closure extends through a 2 to 2.5 inch collar. The arm openings and top of collar must be reinforced with at least 1/2 inches of black trim fabric. The backpacks must have an outer pocket sized at least9 by 8 inches.
