The draft solicitation will be posted at this same website on August 7, 2000. Procedure for JITC Visits: Prospective offerors may request a one-time office visit at JITC. Requests should be directed to LTC Gibson at (520) 538-5032. The nature of these visits does not include discussions about the recompete, but an opportunity for vendors to familiarize themselves with JITC's mission, charter, and various Test and Evaluation activities. Due to workload and manpower shortages, the Government is limiting the number of visits to one per company.A pre-solicitation conference will be held at Ft. Huachuca, AZ, on September 20, 2000.
