The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Puget Sound Clean Air Agency, 110 Union Street, Suite #500, Seattle, WA 98101 for the analysis of data to determine sources of toxic chemicals associated with ambient and human exposure to fine particles (PM 2.5).
