remote controlled triple standard concertina wire obstacle breaching
capabilities. The obstacle breaching system must be capable of clearing
a not-less-than one meter path through the concertina wire obstacle
such that dismounted troops can safely pass through and must be
mountable on a remote controlled ground vehicle moving at 3 KM/Hr. or
greater. Information desired also includes power requirements, weight,
vehcile mounting techniques, design concepts, prototype test data, if
any, and prototype build lead time for test availability. Information
