Provider outpatient intake assessment and counseling services for substance abuse treatment of male and female offenders held under various statutes of the United States in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. Services requested for each inmate are one intake assessment, 48 individual counseling sessions of one-half hour each, 48 group counseling sessions of one-half hour each and 12 family counseling sessions of one-half hour each.
