outpatient intake assessment and counseling services for substance
abuse treatment of male and female offenders held under various
statutes of the United States in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. The period
for services to be rendered is October 1, 2000 through September 30,
2001. Services are requested for 30 inmates. Services requested for
each inmate are one intake assessment, 48 individual counseling
sessions of one-half hour each, 48 group counseling sessions of
one-half hour each and 12 family counseling sessions of one-half hour
each. Total services requested are 30 intake assessments, 1440
individual counseling sessions, 1440 group counseling sessions, and 72
family counseling sessions. All services shall be peformed in
accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work,
"Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT)," dated November 16, 1999.
The estimated issuance date for the Request for Quotations (RFQ) is
June 15, 2000. The estimated closing date for receipt of quotes is June
29, 2000. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be
considered by this agency. All requests for RFQ 200-003-1-SE should be
submitted in WRITING to: Crystal D. Clayton, Contract Specialist,
Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Corrections Contracting, 320 First
Street, NW, Washington, DC 20534. All requests for this RFQ should
include name of contact person, name of firm (if applicable), telephone
