Award will be made based upon the "Best Value" to the Government in accordance with FAR 15.3. The Government expects to utilize competitive procedures based on "Full and Open" Competition. Request for Proposals, F08651-00-R-0036, is being prepared for distribution on or about 1 Jul 2000. The basic performance period will be from 1 Nov 00 through 30 Oct 2001, plus four one-year option periods. The deadline for receipt of proposals is on or about 1 Aug 2000. Proposal closing of 1 Aug 2000 IS ONLY AN ESTIMATED DATE. Estimated dollar range is between $1 Million and $5 Million.
