This procurement will be processed under FAR 6.302, for the repair and upgrade of Parker-Hannifin Anti-Icing Valves, P/N 2770062-108 and 5046T76P05. The required delivery for Repair and Upgrades are 10 and 6 valves per month, respectively, after delivery of valves to the Contractor's facility. This is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the Government will consider all proposals/quotes that clearly demonstrate the ability to meet the needs of the Government that are received within six days after publication of this synopsis.
