The US army Materiel Command Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division has a requirement for elevator maintenance. The contractor shall furnish all labor, Material, and Equipment necessary for the routine & emergency service on ten elevators of various types. This acquisition is one hundred percent (100%) set-aside for Small Business. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this procurement is 1796 and the Small Business Size is $7.0 Million. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract with one option year. The Request for Proposal will be available only on our Web site at http: www3.natick.army.mil.
