PROVIDE METEOROLOGICAL SERVICES MULTIPLE AIR NATIONAL GUARD LOCATIONS, SOLOCITATION DAHA90-00-R0016. The National Guard Bureau has a requirement for Weather Observing, Weather Forecasting, Weather Radar Observations and Staff Weather Support Services for seven sites. Services required vary among the seven sites. Contract award will be made on a "Best Value" basis. Evaluation factors, in order of descending priority are (1) Technical (2) Past Performance (3) Price. A detailed description of the factors will be cited in the solocitation. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be Firm Fixed Price and will cover a base year (1 October 2000 -- 30 September 2001)and four one year option periods. The Government reserves the right to exercise the options. NGB anticipates the issuance of the RFP on or about 7 July 2000 as an unrestricted procurement. The SIC code applicable to this application is 8999. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE CODE)and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com.
