Clinton Avenue, Fresno, CA 93703. Subject services shall be provided by Licensed Professional Individuals in the following categories: Psychiatrists, Social Workers, and Clinical, or Counseling Psychologists who are physically located in the following Counties: Fresno (Coalinga), Mariposa, Merced, Visalia and Porterville. Contract service is defined as counsselors, individually or in groups, specifically directed at social, psychological, or behavioral problems, which bear a distinct relationship to the process of readjustment from military duty during WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Lebanon, Grenada, Panama and Persian Gulf Wars to civilian life. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract for one 12-month base period, with four 12-month renewal options.
