IMPLEMENTATION OF A NEW DRAWING DISTRIBUTION PROCESS The Naval Inventory Control Point -- Philadelphia will be implementing a new drawing distribution process on 30 June 2000. Drawings will no longer be sent to vendors with our solicitations.
