DESC: The Resident Officer In Charge Of Construction, Bldg 504, Naval Air Facility, El Centro California, is hereby soliciting information for potential sources to provide a multitude of functions at the Naval Air Facility, El Centro, California. This is a sources sought for companies with the capability to perform under the terms of a base operating support contract. The services to be performed include management, administrative services, utilities system maintenance, building & structures maintenance, heating, ventilation & air conditioning, refrigeration & compressed air equipment maintenance, transportation services, pest control services, maintenance of family housing facilities, range maintenance, ground electronics maintenance & services, transient aircraft services, supply services, welfare & recreation maintenance services, swimming pool operation & maintenance, combined bachelor housing, food services, minor construction, and support maintenance services. The contractperformance period is anticipated to be five years, including one base year and four (4) twelve month options. A performance-base combination firm fixed price, indefinite quantity contract is anticipated. This estimated magnitude of the requirement is less than 20 million per year. The standard industrial classification (sic) code is 8744.
