The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) anticipates awarding a contract to provide technical, publication and program support for FHWA_s Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP). The general scope of the LTAP is to develop reports, newsletters, training catalogs, presentation materials and a mailing list. Technical support will be provided to 51 LTAP_s and 6 Tribal Technical Assistance Programs (TTAP) nationwide. Technical support includes staffing LTAP and TTAP displays at national conferences. In addition, maintenance of a clearinghouse of LTAP products and information dissemination are required. The ESTIMATED release date of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is early July. Proposals will be due 30 days after release of the RFP. This RFP will ONLY be released and available electronically through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at _http://eps.gov_ Accordingly, NO telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will be accepted.
