Provide all management, labor, equipment, vehicles, tools, and supplies necessary to ensure a quality mid-level commercial lodging establishment on private non-government owned land. Services are performed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the designated property. Housekeeping services will be required 7 days a week. These units are needed to house approximately 90 student pilots on a rotating schedule of seven weeks starting 1 November 2000. 45 four-bedroom units will be required to house two students per unit. The units will have standardized furnishings, appliances, and design. The facilities must be within close proximity of each other and be located within 15 minutes of Moody AFB. The solicitation number for this procurement is F09607-00-R0021 and is issued as a Request for Proposal. The contract will be for a basic period of one (1) year with up to four (4) options.
