The USPFO for Arizona, in support of the Arizona Air National Guard;162d Fighter Wing, Snowbird Operations, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ, is seeking sources to construct approximately 8320 square foot "Snowbird Squadron Operations Bldg." The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment. Sitework includes; removal of existing asphalt, preparation of sub-grade, and connection to site utilities. Exterior work includes; center score, split face and split rib CMU, aluminum storefront, structural steel, metal deck, rigid insulation, and batten seam metal roofing. Interior work includes; concrete slab on grade, metal stairs and railings, millwork, batt insulation, sealants, metal studs, gypsum wallboard, paint, glass/glazing, ceramic tile, toilet partitions and accessories, projection screens, marker boards, window coverings, wheelchair lift, mechanical systems, and electrical systems. As part of the solicitation, additive bide item (ABI) will consist of landscaping and irrigation. The proposed procurement is "Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542. The related small business size standard is $17 million. The estimated cost of procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
