The project is located in the NE corner of the state of Washington at the Sullivan Lake Ranger District administration facilities, located near Metaline Falls, Washington. The work is to include remodeling of approximately 2,000 sq ft, of a wood, CCC era building into a barracks. Spaces will include two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge (living room),mechanical room and five bedrooms. New heating system,plus plumbing, electrical, mechanical and room finishes required.Performance time is 75 calendar days with a cost range from $25,000 to $100,000.
