The covered storage for building B-733 will be renovated. The project will provide a new facility for the formal training unit (FTU) and an upgrade of facilities for the Aeromedical Squadron. Construction will consist of reinforced concrete foundation and flooring, steel frame structure with masonry walls, and includes necessary site work and supporting utilities. Facilities include classrooms, mission planning areas, training load build-up areas, and training squadron command and administration. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Network Analysis will be required. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED 8(a) COMPETITIVELY.
