A 115kV yard will be constructed next to the existing substation yard and an access road and chain-link fence will join the two yards. A cable trench will run along the access road from the existing yard to the new 115kV yard. A 115kV double circuit weathering steel pole will be installed near the existing Cheyenne-Richard Lake line to bring the line into and out of the 115kV yard. Project location is Weld County, Colorado. The magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Estimated completion date is 200 days after contract award. The solicitation package will be issued hard copy Free of Charge. Note: In accordance with FAR 5.102-3, Western procurement officials will be limiting availability of the solicitation package. Therefore, only a Limited Number of Copies will be issued on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. This solicitation will be issued on or about June 30, 2000.
