Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to construct storage building at USCG Station Little Creek, (U.S. Naval Amphibious Base West Annex Little Creek), Norfolk, VA. Work includes but is not limited to the following: (1) Clear, grade and accomplish earthwork as required to construct the new building restoration; (2) Drive piles, set reinforcing steel and pour concrete as indicated for the new building foundation. Work shall include proper alignment and placing of piles driven the depths indicated, setting of reinforcing steel with anchor bolts properly set and placement of concrete, finished as indicated; (3) Construct the new storage buildings atop the foundation as indicated. Work will include framing, sheathing, window and door installation, roofing, siding, exterior weather proofing and interior finish work as shown; (4) Provide and install electrical wiring from the existing station building to the new storage building and all interior electrical distribution wiring. Placement of new electrical distribution shall also be included; (5) Convert the storage area in the existing boathouse to a new office area by constructing new partitions and accomplishing interior finish and electrical work as indicated.
