The work to be performed will include all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the Repair Storm Drainage, Phase 5A project at Malmstrom AFB Montana. Work elements include but are not limited to installation of 12" through 30" diameter storm drains, installation of manholes and inlets, abandonment and removal of existing culverts and storm drains, adjustment of existing utilities, importation and placement of soil fill materials, adjustment of manholes, valves and fire hydrants to finish grade, and surface restoration. Anticipated awarded contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract consisting of a 90 day performance period. The solicitation will consist of estimated quantity proposal items. Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 15 July 200. Proposal closing will be on or about 15 August 2000. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
