IFB N68711-00 -B-8949, REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT, BUILDING 1330 (R532-99) The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and supervision for removal of existing air-cooled condensing units, indoor air handling unit, in-line supply fan, louver, ductwork systems, space heating and domestic hot water heat exchangers, expansion tank, circulating pump, piping systems (high temperature hot water (HTHW), medium temperature hot water (MTHW), refrigerant, make-up water, drain, and domestic cold & hot water), insulation systems, control systems, electrical systems, and associated components and accessories; installation of new outdoor air-cooled condensing units, outdoor air handling unit (with DX cooling coil, HTHW heating coil, filter section, and mixing box section ), ductwork systems, piping systems (high temperature hot water (HTHW), refrigerant, drain, and domestic cold & hot water ), insulation systems, control systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, domestic electric hot water heater, structural steel support assembly, miscellaneous metal work, repair to exterior wall, concrete work, chain link fence and gates, painting, and all related and associated components and accessories, and incidental related work. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in the Contract Specifications.
