B -- ASSESSMENT SERVICE SOL N65540-00-Q-0438 DUE 071000 POC Linda Stiemke, Contract Specialist, Phone No. 215-897-1355 Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Ship Systems Engineering Station (NSWCCD-SSES), intends to procure, on a sole source basis from KAMO Consultancy the following services: a Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 3 Assessment (evaluation) of NSWCCD Code 95 HM&E Software Support Activity (SSA) software development and maintenance practices; a presentation of the findings presented at the conclusion of the Assessment; a written report of the recommendations within three weeks of the Assessment. A lead assessor authorized by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) must perform the Assessment. A trained in-house team must assist the lead assessor. The software practices to be assessed must be in compliance with the CMM software process improvement methodolgy developed by the SEI.
