The contractor is required to furnish all power, heating, filtering and reclaiming equipment, Fuller's earth filtering media and all other misc. equipment and supplies, such as external heaters and/or blankets, necessary to preheat to 70 degrees centigrade and vacuum dry out (8) transformer core and coils and reclaim approx. 27,080 gallons of transformer oil. Make up oil will be supplied by the Government unless loss was due to waste or accidental spillage by the contractor. There will be (2) locations of work, Seminoe Powerplant, approx. 70 miles south of Casper, Wyoming in Carbon County; and Boysen Powerplant, approx. 120 miles west of Casper, Wyoming in Fremont County. The estimated price range is $25,001 to $100,000.
